Funky Friday

Well, it's Funky Friday again.  What's the chef going to come up with tonight?  Years ago when we moved way out into the Boonies, we decided that Friday night would be our "night out" without having to go out.  It's a long way to the nearest town, and we both hate driving late at night.  So we always try to do something fun and creative for dinner on Friday night.  Needless to say we eat late, listen to good music, knock back a couple of bottles of wine, and maybe enjoy a good movie while cooking.  What are you having tonight?  More recipes to follow on Monday!  Enjoy your weekend.
