Blue Cheese Salad Dressing

Ingredients
5 oz. package of blue cheese, crumbled
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
¾ cup light sour cream
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 tbl. green onions (with tops), minced
1 medium clove garlic, peeled & smashed to a paste
2 to 3 drops hot sauce
2 to 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
dash ground black pepper
dash sea salt
½ tsp. prepared horseradish
¼ tsp. lemon juice

Directions
·        Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined (will be a little lumpy)
·        cover and chill in the refrigerator about one hour
·        If too thick, you can thin with a little bit of milk (1 tablespoon at a time)

Note:  Reserve a little of the blue cheese crumbles to sprinkle on top of your salad!  Also, buy the best blue cheese you can find.  The bluer the better!
