Kay found something similar to this recipe in a magazine
over 25 years ago, and she shared it with Tom.
He made a few improvements, and now it’s one of our favorites. It reminds me a little of a Thousand Island
dressing, only more flexible. This is a
great “make-do” recipe if you have to substitute ingredients, so feel free to
play around with it. But be sure to tell
us what you come up with!
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. hot sauce
½ tbl. prepared horseradish
1 dash of Paprika
1 tsp. brown mustard (or Dijon)
1 tsp. soy sauce (we use the
low-sodium kind)
1 dash of garlic powder
3 tbl. taco sauce
½ tsp. ground black pepper
½ tbl. parmesan cheese
Directions
Blend all ingredients together
well
Refrigerate and chill for at
least 30 minutes
