Ingredients
2 large garlic cloves, smashed & minced
1/4 cup finely minced onions
2 tbl. olive oil
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 tbl. lite mayonnaise
Directions
- In a small frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium then add the onions and garlic
- Reduce heat to medium-low and saute until the onion and garlic just start to brown
- Add the black pepper and continue stirring and cooking about another minute
- Remove from heat and allow to cool
- After completely cooled, add the Greek yogurt and mayonnaise
- Stir until well combined, then refrigerate until ready to use
