So after a few days off with our music friends, the Three-Headed Chef is ready to return to the kitchen and start blogging again! Tonight . . . . MudHogs with Stuffed Mushrooms. Stay tuned!
Oh and the sweet potatoes are going into the garden this weekend. Wait until around October (can it really take that long??!!) and we'll be posting lots and lots of sweet tater recipes! Yum! Will post some pics of planting, growing, and eventually digging. If we can keep the deer out of them this year, it should be a good harvest.
Red potatoes should be coming out of the ground in the next month or so. There's nothing as good as freshly dug new potatoes sauteed in a little butter and sprinkled with just a pinch of sea salt and black pepper. Wow. Can't wait!
