Crazy Onions and Mothers' Day
In honor of Mothers' Day this weekend, I think we'll make some of our moms' favorite recipes. Maybe Salmon Croquettes. Nah. How about Ham Tetrazzini? No, we just did that a few weeks ago. I know, some of "Mom's Potatoes" from Tom's mother, Ellie. How appropriate for Mothers' Day. Always good and goes with anything (and they don't make a huge mess in the kitchen like some other recipes!) What are y'all making for Mothers' Day?
